I went to Costa at 5:15 with my friend on 25/06/24, my friend asked if they could do his toasty ASAP as our train was very soon, we had just finished a 13 hour shift and we were met with rude attitude, he apologised and ensured that he didn?t mean to sound rude but the girl replied back with the snottiest answers, such poor customer service considering that you don?t know what people are going through when you speak to them that way
