I have just been to place a order for 4 drinks and unable to go back to complain as im in work and cant find another way to complain as the number on the receipt is disconnected. The order was completely wrong, only 1 out o 3 drinks correct, one had massive lumps of hot chocolate powder in and both latte orders where wrong even though the order was clarified 3 times. really not happy with the order we received.

No idea why this place only gets 4 out of 5. Imo, the best Costa in Liverpool. Flat whites are almost always perfect, staff positive helpful and have a "can do" attitude. Clean and a positive experience. Only issue is it gets busy sometimes cause it's so good and positioned in a busy location.

Well the team were brilliant today, Amy was so helpful and really nice. The place was spotless, the drinks were hot and quick. (A bit like me) I love all the staff in there I don?t even have to say my order they all know. Very hard to have a personal connection with the team that?s really nice. Thank you everyone for your hard work and looking after us

Beautiful place great atmosphere very tidy and clean . Delicious coffee and cakes, staff very polite and friendly, we was served by Lewis and Jo at Costa Aintree , and they got a great service skills , very friendly and provided service on a very high standard . Just wanted to say thanks for your hard work and wish all the success in the future .

This is the DIRTIEST Costa I?ve ever seen around!
Not only that, the ?deputy manager? Steph was extremely rude and unpleasant even after leaving 9£ for 2 coffees made like they were made by kids, with the arm of the coffe maker leaking dirty water inside the coffe that she threw into the milk.
I originally ordered an ice coffee which I was answered ?we?re not making them because we have no cups? - when I saw a big new bag of cups for ice coffee on the table I asked gently if those weren?t the ones, Steph got irritated by the question and said no those are for another store.
I left the store and went back in just to see her opening the cups and putting tiding them in place, like bruh???
When I asked for a napkin she threw it at me since she was still irritated.
This woman genuinely needs a proper training of how to handle customer professionally ASAP!
And also one on how to handle raw milk outside the fridge and how tf to clean the coffee machine!!!!!!
