Always enjoy coming to Costa, and love the staff in the Queens Drive. My son wasn't sure what to order and they made some tasters for him which was so lovely.

Hygiene was 0 stars, dirty plates and spoons.We asked the staff to remove some dirty dishes and they gave us a cloth to clean it ourselves. We asked for our brownie to be heated but she said that she was not responsible if it got burnt. Definitely not coming here again.

Costa App reader at till has been out of order for a couple of months. Very annoying as I have free coffees that I cannot claim at this store Also, I have to save the receipt and get my 'Bean' points added at another store. Staff also annoyed as they have to take the complaints from other annoyed customers.A member of staff said technicians had been out, but didn't know how to fix it.Come on Costa, get your act together!

Busy shop, pleasant and cheerful staff, the new sausage bap is awful ? tried ham & cheese toastie which was good quality?Parking: Very congested car park.
