“After losing my Mum (105 years old) in April and then 3 close family members and a dear friend all before Christmas 2022 I was in a very dark place. I was encouraged to contact Age Concern which I did in January. After moving into a flat in sheltered accommodation I went to 151 Dale St and my life changed completely. So much to do and places to go a BIG THANK YOU to the staff and volunteers.”

“A friendly, positive, understanding, positive and warm welcome by any of the staff, especially Lindsey to all who engage with the centre.This charity is the only support network for families and patients of long term serious health conditions. I'm shocked there is not more support in Liverpool.It's amazing how much support and kindness is offered here.I personally found using the services on offer here very easy and helpful following a recent diagnosis, it's made a tough journey a little better.More funding needs to be made available for this extremely valuable community support centre. 5/5*”
