I often go into Cohen's Argyle street because of the amount of different medication. The staff are lovely and welcoming and very efficient.

Thank you guys I really felt so warm when I came 2 days ago to get anything for bad cough. I got the one a lady advised me to take and I am much better I had the cough for almost 3 weeks even I started to see blood came with the cough now I am better and yah I will do with ur advise that to go and check with doctor.Thanks alot.

This used to be a fantastic chemist.The pharmacist here was a lady whose name I can?t remember but she was so helpful and informative. I really liked having a short chat with the team whenever I had to go in and I felt like they really cared, I always got a smile.I don?t know if it?s changed hands now but the new team are rude and dismissive. I have been let down and treated so poorly so I?m now actively going to go out of my way to go elsewhere.

Didn?t have the prescription. Made the whole process extremely difficult for me and had no accountability. Have requested my dr not send my prescription to them anymore due to the difficulty and stress caused by their inadequacy.

I agree with you, I have had a very bad experience with this Pharmacy. I pay for my decoration every 3 months and 3 times they don't send the certificate every time I go to pick up my medication I have to go back to get my reset because is not in their record. I don't trust them. Very very disappointed ? for there service ?

Goes in to get my prescription to be told they're closed for an hour despite there being a queue of four or five People in line. Met with sniggering as I left the queue to have to return in an hour for which there is no closing time stated in their opening times . A tad rude and unprofessional

Staff were abrupt and unhelpful. After being told on the phone that a family members medication was ready to collect, they let me travel a couple of miles to the chemist before telling me only half was available until the following day. No apology given.

As a key worker I travel all over the uk for work. I asked this pharmacy to be my nominated pharmacy, which I've done many times all over the uk and there is never ever a problem. They put my name and details into the computer and that's it. The girl argued with me that they don't do this and would not put my name in and get me up on the system. She didn't know how to do it and was pretty useless unhelpful and hard work! I walked to boots on church st and the girl, who was so helpful, looked me up and they became my nominated pharmacy, in under a minute. Cohen's need to show employees how to do this and help customers not challenge them.
