I am yet to receive the full delivery order when using this service. Shop never answer phone. To call number on Co-op website, you have to wait for a refund as they will not give credit or ask store to redeliver.

How have I waited 2 hours for a deliveroo order? 2 drivers have come and gone because the order isn?t ready. I can?t even imagine how incompetent you have to be to not be able to put 6 items in a bag.

Just used Just Eat for a delivery from this shop as I'm unwell at the moment. Half the items were not delivered but I was still charged. Tried calling the shop for the past 20 minutes with no answer.

Staff are always friendly especially the security guard. He always goes out his way to help you and he brings a good atmosphere to the shop.

My local. Not cheap but quality. Offers good if a member. Amazon pick up available and Costa machine. Vèry intimidating security on door. No need for such behaviour.
