I was there yesterday-10 March 6:55pm. Assistant was extremely rude, disrespectful, and totally unprofessional.
I mean the woman with black hair doing shelves, NOT the woman serving customers at this time - no problem with her.

Convenient location but very rude staff. No eye contact, blunt, complaining about customers IN FRONT of customers, glaring through glass in the back room whilst looking at their phone... may be down to poor management of staff.

Conveniently located, stocked with all the essentials you might need. The staff were very nice when I visited. The two negatives I found center around the till situation. There is no self-service tills at this location, which increases the queue length. Additionally, due to the layout and size of this location, busy times will have the queue block one of the aisles, and could potentially extend to the back of the shop, disrupting others and making it not so convenient

Co-op Good afternoon, I would like to put a complain about one of your staff member. I hope you can give me his name and tell me where to write a complain please.
Today, as per last two years, I have bought tabacco on your store and as every time the same guy asked me to identify my age.
I have no complain or problem about this because it is required for law.
I am an usual client and I have demonstrate my age lots of time to the same guy (no issue about this also, it?s for law and I always have with me an ID document just in case).
Today after I have shown my ID I have been asked also to pull down my mask to show my face.
I am 37 years old and I have health problem and I didn?t want to put myself at risk for COVID in the store so I refused to show my face at first.
The worker didn?t want to provide me the tabacco after he checked my ID and he obliged me to show my face.
Now I feel distressed and I believe this is not right and against my right.
I have never refused to provide an ID.
After that said I would like to put a complain, and if possible to be contacted from the manager to fix this issue. I just live in the front of the coop in Lark Lane.
He is not the first time he does this and I feel very stressed now cause I have exposed my self to COVID for an unreasonable justification.

Absolutely shocking customer service. The majority of staff are rude and short with you and seem as though they?d be willing to do anything else other than be kind and polite to their customers. I had a man on the till who wouldn?t sell me an alcohol free cider because there was a trace in the drink, which was under 0.05%. Since moving to the area in December, I have never once had a nice experience in this store, not even a smile from staff who aren?t wearing their masks. Very disappointed in the poor service from this particular store.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the store security guard who shouted profanities at me and my friend because we asked if we could enter the store and he didn't hear us as we had masks on. The law requires everyone to wear a mask. He followed us down the aisle shouting "don't get smart with me" because we tried to walk away. What kind of store hires a bully as a security guard? This sad man needs some serious training if he thinks he can continue being a security guard. Formal complaints have been made. There is NO excuse for this type of behaviour. Idiot.
