Easy to park, the store is usually well stocked and tidy.
Most of the time there are no proper checkouts open which is understandable as it?s not a busy store. However, the ?self service? checkouts only take card. If you?re paying with cash it means using the kiosk and usually getting stuck in a queue behind someone putting on the lottery or buying top ups.

£40 shopping ordered, Delivered one bag with a pack of eggs and 2 packs of biscuits. Happened multiple times, they don't give the drivers all the bags for Uber

Michael with the ginger beard. He is awful with customers.He is so slow like he doesn't want to be there. There is a huge queue yet he doesn't seem to mind. If you don't like your job then quit.

This store is well stocked, offers a range of quality products and the staff demonstrate a high standard of customer service.Yesterday I was checked out by Michael who was excellent and treated me very much as an individual rather than just another customer.He is an asset to your company and I hope that you value his positive contribution.

Good prices on most things. Some things are really expensive! It's annoying and embarrassing being ID'd a bit too often though, sometimes by the same person. I'm in my mid-30s.

I have just moved in to this area. This is now my local shop. I find that staff wonderful people, with that warming sense of humour. I have a disability after a stroke 20 years ago. So some times I need assistance. The staff are really nice and helpful, Hilary packed my bag as see was scanning my goods at the till. Co-Op you have a customer for life.Thank you All ? ?

EXTREMELY EMBARRASSING EXPERIENCEWent in to buy aperol, expecting to be asked for my ID as I am 18. When asked for it, I showed my UK driving license, fully valid, however was told it was fake and not valid because it was pink and blue. This is because the new UK licenses are pink and blue. Felt extremely embarrassed in front of other customers to be told that not only the cashier but also the manager believed it was fake. I left the store after questioning why they thought my ID was not real and drove out of the car park to tesco who have far more professional and well trained staff, able to identify it straight away. Extremely shocked that employers are unable to identify a valid new UK full driving license and will not be returning to the store.
