Like all banks nearest actual face to face is 15miles away. Now holding on for operative. I actually don't believe there are any people thee to help. Disabled and seniors are just an inconvenience. I have just got through to a person who kept saying can you hear me and then told me he would have to end the call. I have waited 16 mins to hear a voice. The other number 212 doesn't work.I would rate this so called customer service totally awful

The only bank that would let me open an account about 20 yrs ago after having to file for bankruptcy..all other banks turned Thier noses up..I am now in a Much better place financially and will be forever grateful.I will remain a customer regardless of any minor issues.

The worst bank for customer services ever.....I've tried calling for weeks now and they literally never answer their phones...today I called and actually got through only for them to cancel the call half way through our conversation...and no call back....and I've been now trying to get through again for 50 mins...now it's 5pm and they've all gone home!

Had to visit the Liverpool Branch today with an issue we didn't want to address by post. The staff we dealt with were incredibly helpful and courteous. Huge thanks to Helen and Gary for their patience and understanding.

The Co-op bank is the best that I have ever banked with.The staff are the most helpful and friendliest people that you could hope for, they go out of their way to make sure that they give you the best advice on what account is best for you to make you the most interest.
