Had a very strange experience getting my flu jab today ! The place didn?t look open , knocked and was told to wait outside while they tried to find my booking , eventually was taken in through back door to an absolute mess and disorganisation , was then taken into small cubicle with a young chap who looked so nervous about what he was doing , then went to jab me without even dissinfecting my arm ! And had to explain that to him !Hope they get their act together soon as it?s suppose ti be a hub for covid and fly jabs !Very worrying !!!

Don?t waste your time or your money for send them your prescription they never answer the phone. The phone is ringing and no one cares. I called them 56 time in one day no answer and I pay £6.50 to post my prescription to them with special delivery because I need it urgent they receive it because I tracked it . I didn?t get my medication and I lost my prescription . Trust me is terrible service.

I have been scammed by this chemist. Attempted to contact them over 10 times by phone and 4 by email and absolutely no reply or answer. I have had to report them to pharmacy regulator council. Please under no circumstances use them.

Absolutely disgusting. I've raised several complaints over the time I've been made to wait for essential medication, and none of them have been acknowledged whatsoever. On top of that, multiple attempted phone calls have been outright ignored, and the customer complaints survey on their website has been deleted and doesn't even exist!! Can't get through to the head pharmacist, superintendent, nothing. Be warned and aware this company doesn't give a toss. Their objection and complaints handling is beyond disgraceful and it's obvious they have no idea what they're doing whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

So impressed with Clear Chemist and in particular Dominique who went above & beyond to help me source a prescription item that I was unable to get anywhere locally. It was posted to me and arrived the next day which was much appreciated. Dominique was friendly, helpful and diligent. Highly recommend! Thank you.

Customer service very quick.i had ordered an hayfever bundle but had ordered a second one by mistake which was a higher price. I got an email explaining this within 24 hrs. Higher price refunded. Excellent service

Ordered libre link as need to monitor glucose continuously. Paid for next day delivery and it took longer to arrive then the sensor they sent was broken and didn?t work. Totally awful experience.
