Great service from start to finish. Obviously with school approaching us the store was very busy. We were seen by a lovely young lady called Grace.. she was very helpful and friendly taking three children to Clarks for school shoes in August is absolutely madness but with the help from Grace it made our visit a lot easier especially with our eight year old daughter who is really fussy. I just want to say a big thank you to all the staff in that store today you were all great and professional especially with the store being manic. To Grace and the team give yourselves a pat on the back.

Called in today to buy shoes for wedding with granddaughter was seen to by Sinai A name on receipt. She was brilliant and extremely helpful to both of us. A real credit to your company.

Today we attended Clarks in Speke.
We was served by a wonderful lady called Nadia.
My daughter has addition needs and after previous visits to clarks Golden Square in Warrington we had previously been left with unpleasant expiriences at there store. They said my daughter was uncooperative and also refused a foot measurement. My little girl is none Verbal.
I would strongly advise any parents who have children with complex needs to travel down to the speake store. The staff where wonderful and most of all very helpful.
Nadia was so sweet and also interacted with my daughter in a way showing her the shoes as objects of reference which made a wonderful difference. And most of all we walked away with 3 beautiful pairs of beautiful shoes for our little girl. And a huge smile on her face.

Your store is very lucky to have such a wonderful member of staff.

Fantastic service for first walkers and for older toddler. Staff have been brilliant with the kids every time and were more than happy to help with an exchange when their shoes weren't fitting properly after we left.

Can't believe that I have selected numerous bags from the Clarks Website, but seemingly my Gift Card is not acceptable as payment online, so I checked the availability at the Clarks Store Mersey Retail and I couldn't believe that everything I checked was out of stock. The gift card was by way of a refund, and that was in April 2021, I am not Impressed by the over priced shoes and bags, and even less impressed with being unable to purchase anything online using my Gift Card, and unfortunately Clarks Store Mersey Retail Park is out of stock of every bag I wanted to buy. I am struggling to understand the reason why I can only use this Gift Card instore and not online ?I have been left with a £60 card and 18 months later I am still stuck with it
