Been a customer for over 30 years, I have never seen such a racist behaviour in my life. Staff need to be trained properly on equality and Diversity! Was treated like I was never there by ?Patricia? just for being Mediterranean (Brown skin) witnessed 4 other Incidents in two days towards coloured people, (Absolutely Shocking)!!! The only Normal staff they have is a lady called Rachel. Will NEVER GO BACK there! Shame!

was on a trip to Liverpool and decided to call into Clarkes. Saw some shoes I liked but they didnt have wide fitting. The assistant was really helpful. She said she could order some for me and get them sent to our Nuneaton Shop. thank you once again for all your help, and yes, the shoes fit great.

Came to get my son?s feet measured on 15th August after another store had told me the wrong size! The guy who measured was super helpful and made sure the new shoes fit great. I swapped the old size with the new ones. This was such a quick process. So happy with this store thank you!
