Very poor customer service. The transport manager was so rude and rather than helping, he argued and argued when it was their own lazy staff?s fault. They showed me something else but sent wrong materials and then wanted to charge again for delivery. On top of the rudeness they said it is what it is even when I?m not returning the wrong goods sent and ordering more.

We have just had our kitchen designed and fitted with the Sheraton Range from Chestnut and are absolutely thrilled with it. The kitchen was designed by Jon Roberts and fitted by Paul Kelly. We cannot praise either of these guys enough.Jon was extremely knowledgable, thorough, helpful, patient with us and creative with the design and nothing was too much trouble for him. Paul was the same, really helpful, professional and his workmanship with the fitting and extras that we wanted was second to non. I therefore have no hesitation in highly recommending Chestnut to anybody looking for kitchen design and fitting.

Went in for a 40mm glued coupler in black which are 88p in toolstation, £4.20 here. Literally daylight robbery!!!
