I had a lovely visit to the store recently where I was looked after by Sam, who gave me information about the products I was looking at and some wonderful advice which was very helpful. I would advise against shopping at this branch. There are some reviews that praise the sales efforts of this branch although several reviews emphasise pushy and incompetent staff. When it comes to cancellations and refunds their service and communication is very poor. You are placing yourself at risk every time you shop in this respect. I can see that Malcolm?s and Abbe?s bad review some months ago, has not led to any improvement at the store despite their supposed investigation. I ordered two items in a couple of months ago. It soon became apparent that my orders were not going to arrive any time soon as it turned out they needed ordering in from elsewhere. As my property was due to be let soon after, I requested my order be cancelled. I received confirmation of my cancellation and was told I would receive a refund very soon after. After no refund arrived, I contacted the store to ask when my refund would arrive, I received a message saying the items had been delivered (I assumed this must been delivered to the store to dispatch after as my delivery address was empty). After several follow up emails, no refund. Eventually someone from the store sent a photo of my rugs being delivered supposedly to my address. The picture shows an unknown woman holding the order. I asked the store to identify who this unknown woman was and why my delivery went ahead despite my cancellation. I?ve had no reply since and am still awaiting my refund.

Very unprofessional let us wait 20min with child in the store just to ask the manager for the price, its seemed very racist if that was a english person they will straight ask the manger. Waiting that long time another gentleman comes by and tell us roughly the price very unfriendly. Very poor customer service. They could take the manger for minut to ask the price even if he was busy with another customer he could have excused himself, its just ridiculous 3 staff working and not knowing the price as it they claim its put now out, they could excused the manger for minute.

What a fantastic experience in the store, Sam was superb, knowledgeable helpful and so approachable. I went in just for an idea and ended up ordering for 3 bedrooms and a stairs, landing. Sam was so helpful, and was not pushy in any way, but made the whole situation so easy. I will never go to anywhere else.
