Always love going here. Lovely friendly staff, helpful and kind nothing is too much trouble and it's nice to see that they don't force feedback like other stores e.g. aintree however since dave has arrived who I get is the new manager not a good idea to be seen outside advertising buy 3 get the 4th free on cards.

The guy behind the till was great, absolutely fantastic. But why in October am I struggling to get a decent birthday gift bag? Because the whole shop is just Christmas. Between that and the woman who works there blocking the aisle to have a conversation about Putin with some old duck and discussing loudly in front of children about how the men will destroy the world and all it will take is one bomb and we are all dead. Happy birthday?

920am. Still not open. Ordered balloons for my lads birthday. What a let down. Queue of 8 people all waiting as told would be open at 9am. I've had to leave as the party is 10am. Rubbish.

I was after a "great-nan" birthday card but they had nothing with great nan on. I was informed they usually have a great grandmother card but this was out of stock. A little bit disappointing as you would expect a card shop to sell such a card.
