“I bought a car from you guys, originally spoke to Martin who was clear and concise about the vehicle from the very start. I was coming from Newcastle to collect the car and was going to use it as a taxi for my job, the taxi MOT tests are a lot stricter than a normal mot. The car passed its MOT just had to run some fuel cleaner through the engine so it passed the strict emissions test but would have passed a normal MOT. After I had the car shortly after the battery died which is no fault of the dealer, I spoke to Georgina who was absolutely fabulous and they allowed me to have a new battery fitted at a registered car garage and re funded me the cost straight away.
