There was a worry for me when things changed at the surgery .I rang for an appointment was engaged. Tried again later ,got my appointment with no trouble .then went onto the website to register for repeat prescriptions. Again no problem .just waiting for code from surgery. OMG How bad has this surgeory gone since changes to new system. When you ring up you are queuing with other surgeries , ie huyton, halewood and camberly. Was 27th in the que so went into surgeory to make an appointment and was told you have to do it by phone, despite the person I was looking at talking to is who you ring... read full comment
