The main reason we chose this place is that it's is supposed to stay open until 20:00. However, just before 19:00, we were told that the system is down and that they are need to close for the day. Cafe Nero just know how to deliver a great offer. Perfectly temperature for the coffee. Delicious snacks. Never rushed out and great atmosphere.

Popped in for a coffee to shelter from the rain. Barista serving came across dismissive and unhelpful when I enquired about the baked cake selection. I put this down to the cafe being quite busy but noted I would avoid in future and go to another Nero's nearby next time. Wouldn't recommend.
