Ordered food for delivery and was really disappointed. The coffee cup had split at the bottom and leaked everywhere. The toast was completely burnt and looked like the last unwanted slice from the loaf. Everything arrived dismantled ? it felt like ordering a Big Mac and being handed the ingredients in separate tubs, expected to assemble it myself. Not the experience I was hoping for.

If I could give no stars I would used to be a nice cafe back in the day since the new owners have taken over tho it?s a shambles waited over 2 hours for 2 breakfasts still not arrived the women on the phone has the worst attitude going sound like shes was on a a Benda lastnight not helpful at all said my food will be with me when it?s with me nothing I can do about it worst service possible if the food arrives it will most likely be freezing cold

over 2.5 hours for delivery, 2 phone calls, told its very busy on Sunday because "no other cafes are open" hence the delay
that's a blatant lie, there are plenty of cafes open yet only these who have more negative reviews than good for taking hours to deliver and food being cold or horrid by the time it arrives if it arrives at all,
maybe this cafe should stop delivery's as it clearly can't cope with them and has been the same for years

I?m heavily pregnant so thought I?d ring up and have my food delivered. I placed my order at 11:30am this morning an it came 3 hours later , I didn?t think to check the box before I payed as I wasn?t expecting what I expected I was given this box which looked like a load of chewed up burnt mush! seen much better food in hospitals ? they had missed a couple of my orders out my cup of tea and a egg on toast they only brought the breakfast which was awful an still charged me £20.50 after me telling them it?s okay I?ll just pay for what I have they told me they was gonna come back to re deliver the rest of what was missing an never turned up! I am shocked how there still going after the amount of bad reviews I have seen today I would never know but wow I am shocked! I?ll be making a compliant about this as I am not happy safe to say I will never be buying from here again absolute disgrace?

The buffets are absolutely fantastic. nothing was too much trouble (even last minute dietary requirements). very reasonable priced. Great communication. everyone commented how tasty the food was and well presented. thank you cafe vanilla
