All I wanted a cheese burgers and a bottle of larger It took over 10 minutes for the QR code menu to load as the WiFi was so week once I was able to ordered my food I realised that they were not serving alcohol but I was so hungry I decided to order anyway When the burger arrived it was with fries not the chicken I ordered When the chicken arrived it was 3 pieces and the the 5 I had ordered The chicken was disgusting one piece had liquid in it the other had a hard piece of gristle As I had already paid and the servers are not to blame for this and my phone battery had been sucked dry by the poor WiFi signal I decided to leave and send a complaint by email Over 10 days later I have still not heard from Byron Needless to say I will never be eating at a Byron again

Bland coleslaw. Fries taste of dirty oil reheated and payed extra for cheese, very stingey and bland. Burger was brilliant! Burger saved the day however! Service was terrible in sense we didn't feel catered for and self service was only option even though restaurant was dead yet our bill insured a 10% service charge. We like to tip, but only good service not have it taken without our say so especially for minimal service care. Also asked for a cheap glass of white wine and they gave and charged us most expensive one which wasn't adding good points ? My advice if you visit just go for the burger! Saved the day.

Just popped in to this place after myself and partner had a fabulous experience at the one in Edinburgh. We loved the food/service there, does what it says on the tin. Same goes for tonight, food was absolutely on point can?t fault that at all. However, it?s a Monday night and the restaurant had around 4 tables at service. Not very many at all. Don?t mind a quiet restaurant in all honestly, The issue for us is that we were seated and told to order on the app and given one menu between us. I see this Covid-esque style of ordering is still in full swing. What on earth happened to table service I?ll never know. Maybe if the place was absolutely booming I would have more understanding with it. But to be seated and have a waitress disappear behind the bar never to be seen again until an app order comes through is just disregard for customer service. It?s not busy whatsoever, have some professionalism and take the time to engage with your customers to show you the menu, make you feel welcome and have a nice experience. Our cutlery was brought after our food and wrapped together in two serviettes in the middle of us and we were asked if our food was okay when we had pretty much ate it all. It?s just lazy table service when in all honestly Bryrons isn?t cheap, it?s priced at a standard that I expect to receive as much back from waiting staff. Felt like we were on a conveyor belt just to get us in and get us out, no goodbye or thank you when leaving. Absolutely regret not taking off the service charge. Kitchen staff get a great thumbs up ?

£5.50 for a small can of cider made my eyes water a bit. The burger was tasty enough but on the pricey side for what it was. The staff were very pleasant though. However, I won't be rushing back.

Came in as the place we had booked left us waiting an hour for food with no explaination. We where greeted and sat immediately order taken quickly and food and drunks arrived rapidly. The cream soda floats where amazing and the burgers where so good . Amazing service with amazing food .Thank

All good with our visit.Service was excellent as was the food.Milk shakes were not as good as they used to be but all in all we enjoyed our visit and will be back soon.

Visited Saturday night for a Christmas/ birthday night out with friends. Was served by Alice who was very friendly & polite. Food was delicious & service was great.

Maybe it?s in a convenient location as it is easy to get to if you have been shopping all day. Burger was ok but not great and they don?t have tap beers even when they have the big sign outside advertising craft beers. I expected hand pumps and many different options of beers. They just have Peroni on tap a handful of other beers in small cans. I wanted to try an IPA and was brought a lager. I regret going to this place and not spending a few minutes looking carefully at the map at options in the area

Had the misfortune to witness the waiter seeing fit to humiliate a chap on the table next to us this evening. The chap was in a party of four and clearly over 18 years of age. We heard him politely ask for a pint to which the waiter mocked him saying he looked like a boy of 15. Both myself and my husband felt mortified for the chap as he was clearly embarrassed in front of his friends. The waiter then proceeded to call him "big man" for the rest of the evening. Felt like apologizing on the waiter's behalf to this lovely, polite chap who had obviously had his evening destroyed.I really think this waiter needs to be taught some manners.

Good food, OK atmosphere, abysmal service. The waiter had a real attitude. Thought he was doing stand up but nothing was funny. Just offensive. Shame because I'm sure the owner wouldn't wish that to be the overall impression. If you like a nice meal whilst getting amazing service this is one to avoid.Wheelchair accessibility: The guy needs to be careful about disabilities. Not everyone is in a wheel chair
