Was as going to use the toilet before I ordered food I have a medical condition, where the asian security guard confronted me. If I could give you a zero I would no worries.
Told me you can't use the toilet without buying food?? In a aggressive manner well you can't bring food in to the toilet can you.? Can you can you bring your meal into the toilet ? I have a prostate issue and sadly a medical condition.
I hope one day he doesn't have m it then he may be more understanding manners costs nothing nether does humanity. Prostate cancer effects many men up and down the country and it doesn't discriminate.
I was in urgent use to use the bathroom before ordering my meal as I was picking my partner up whom was at a memorial in the city centre.
What a disgrace to treat people in this manner I suggest you go to McDonald's over the road no worries used there bathroom and then got order and they my custom terrible policy I suggest you look at I won't be shopping in this place ever again.
If I could give you zero stars I would without issues I suggest you speak to the security guard and management on this issue.

My first time there and I don?t think I can go back there again, I ordered 2 single cheeseburgers and when I collected them and opened they had given me what looks like chicken burgers I was so confused so I went to let them know and the lady asks me if I let them know?!? I was so confused so I told her and showed my receipt I ordered cheese burgers and she then goes and speaks to the kitchen and comes back saying sorry when you order cheese burger it?s a pick between pork and chicken and they had given me pork. I was confused but accepted and threw away my burgers and left how ever I felt weird about it and checked their website to see that the cheese burger was 100% beef and they had lied to me. I feel scammed and will never be returning !!!
