Booked an appointment for my child after recieving messages to bring her in for a check up. My mum took her in for a check up to be told she's not registered. WHAT!? Told there not taking any more children and your not registered until you have had an appointment. If thats the case why would you waste peoples time messaging them to come in are you dizzy?! Gonna have to give this a one star. Absolute disgrace.

This is an excellent practice . I would highly recommend if you are considering treatment. All the staff are caring and considerate from dental nurses to the dentists. Great customer experience.

Practice manager needs to get a lifeI would have given the dentist a decent mark, but I am in total shock by what they have done.I was at the end of my treatment when I cancelled an appointment due to a death in my family. On arriving back into Liverpool, I contacted the practice to make another appointment. I was told that I had been thrown off !!.Apparently, the practice manager had decided to do it.Not only am I an extremely nervous patient, but I attended all but 4 appointments, which I may add I contacted and cancelled. I was really proud that I had almost got to the finishing line.On speaking with a member of staff about how disgusted I was, she started bringing up missed appointments from 5 years ago ??. What had to do with my mist recent treatment? I do not know. I will be contacting the NHS as I do believe the moulds I had done have probably been made and would like to know where they are. I don't think the NHS would appreciate wasting their funds.The moral of this is yeh its not a bad dentist. Haw is amazing. it's just sad that there is? someone working there with no sense wotsoever who thinks she can play god with other people's teeth (lol)

I have been a patient here for a good few years now and this is an excellent practice, I would highly recommend it. All the staff are really nice from dental nurses to the dentists. Never had a problem getting an appointment and they are really good at working round your work schedule to fit you in.

I was petrified of visiting the dentist and hadn?t been for many years.I had 4 teeth out yesterday & didn?t feel a thing.My dentist & his nurse were so understanding & talked everything through with me.I?ve now booked another appointment to have further teeth out and have no fears at all.I would thoroughly recommend this dental practice, especially for those with a real fear of visiting the dentist.First class friendly service from all the staff ??

Worst dentist ever would not recommend! First of all, they refused me an appointment due to the fact I missed one as minor. As a minor I had no control over that. They soon changed their tune and found me an appointment when they discovered I would be paying for treatment. The dentist told me I had a rotted filling in my mouth and couldn?t remove it until another four weeks was no long appointment slots sooner- I have been in excruciating pain since. I nearly overdosed on pain killers ended up going to a private dentist ( Poynton London Road South ) they were amazing! they told me that dentist should never have let me walk out without treatment as not only was the filling rotted but so was my tooth! I am mortified, I spent weeks in agony due to THIS BUPA PRACTICE so glad I didn?t waste no more time might have cost me hundreds and lost a tooth but saved my time with these waste of space absolutely fuming!

Rang up to try and get an emergency appointment and whoever I spoke to was eating on the other end.. I love listening to people eat while I'm trying to get a twisted tooth seen to.
