Dismal. Rooms like prison cells, just a bed that looked like it had already been slept in and a foot stool. A hanging rail that looked like a 3 year old had put it together. Locals were 3 sheets to the wind at lunch time and I dread to think what it was like round there at night. We didn't stick around to find out. It's cheap for a reason.

Lovely staff, rooms clean and adequate for good price. Bit noisy at night but we were in good Central location so expected.

Hotel in good central location,but room very basic,light able to shine in from the street, as poor window coverings, and noisey from below and street, plus other guests were not respectful when leaving or entering the hotel late at night or early in the morningWalkability: Good location for activities around Liverpool, but rooms and reception in upper floor, so not any good if you have any disability, I use a walking stick and found it very hard

Staff members were so nice. One of them carried our bag upstairs after seeing us struggling. the room was warm and clean. the mattress was a bit old. this hotel is located very close to the Liverpool lime station. Thanks.Safety: very good

Good for the price the reception are friendly the rooms are clean but the bar downstairs is very loud you can?t sleep until they finish later than 10pm thus making the purpose of the hotel which is sleep kind of bad.

I've lived in this hotel for six and a half months. Really its services were great and the staff are very friendly and most of all the hotel manager is very nice.

For the price this is a good place to stay. The cheap rooms are small but recently refurbished. It's acceptably clean.Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from Lime street station and plenty of bars and restaurants near by.The hotel doesn't serve any food but for the price that's to be expected.Only downside is that the bar below plays music quite loudly. During the week this goes on until about 9.30pm. It maybe later at the weekend.But all in all if you're looking for a budget stay right in the centre of Liverpool I can definitely recommend.
