I don?t know why this place gets such harsh reviews, but when I call up (even though it may take some time in a queue) I always get to speak to a doctor the same day. I have spoken to Dr Naveen Sahu for concerns and he has investigated them straight away and takes you seriously and is very efficient. Really happy with this practice and this doctor makes me feel very comfortable discussing concerns. Thank you!

What is the problem with answering the phones? I start at no.10 in the queue, half hour later I've just got to no.8... this is in the afternoon so not when the scramble for an appointment is on, if it takes someone that long on reception then I suggest hiring someone else, oh wait there's already 4 receptionists isn't there?

Phone lines open at 8 am called at 9.30 am called back at 10.45 am told doctors have gone home as it's staff training and to call back tommorow... I'm no expert but surely there has!!! To be a solution to this ...I'm sick of paying for NI and taxes and waiting stupid amounts of time for results ... Mean while ... You sit there waiting while anxiety builds ...nothing is resolved and you just wait!!! we are are waiting and waiting and waiting...So it is now day 2 called @ 8.10 requested a call backas I was in the que was called back at 10 am and guess what there's no available appointments and guess what call back tommorow... Good news as I was advised is the walk in centre is open till 8 am tonight ... ... If anyone else is fed up of this now's. The. Time to act ..day three same dance ... Call back at 8 am at this rate I feel like I'm in the waiting room from beetle juice ... At least he had the hope of being seen

Called at bang on 8am, was instantly number 22 in the queue, 45 minutes later I've went down to 15.Who talks to 7 people in 45 minutes!!!! Even if there's only 1 person answering the phones that is still pathetic.Currently in the process of moving doctors, I've had enough of this.

Beware of Dr Mcdonald brought it upon herself to mention to a patient nil by mouth with a feeding peg, how much the feeds where costing the NHS and how would she fit this in her budget. What an actual disgrace to the surgery and all GPs hang your head in shame

Waited 20 minutes whilst the same 30 seconds of dialogue repeated on loop driving me crazy, then the receptionist couldn't by anymore robotic or unhelpful. Disgusting.

Some doctors can't be botherd putting medication through to chemist they have been messing around with my medication for months one doctor didn't put my medication through for a week leaving me with nothing now there black mailing me to only 7 days worth of medication untill I have my bloods taken they no it's hard for me to go out side disgraceful from steven percival

This practice has let their patients down. The doctors are hiding behind Covid. You need to open your doors to the public. No wonder the A&E departments are struggling. I left this surgery several years ago as the service was appalling. The time they take to answer the telephone is ridiculous.Unfortunately some of my family members are still patients at this practice. The service they have received the past 6 months is shocking.
