My husband had just been to collect my prescription which has been in over a week. I haven?t had a text to say it?s ready but I need it. When he got there the staff were overwhelmed with a delivery and couldn?t get to the prescription area. It?s a shambles. No health and safety for staff having to get round boxes on floor.

Been getting my flu jabs & regular prescriptions here for a long time. Current staff still pleasant & helpful although perhaps not as engaged as years ago when first visited. Store not as well stocked as used to be either but ok for most basics. Staff always seem busy so not surprised sometimes hard to get on the phone. Pharmacists over the years have always been helpful & willing to give advice.

Although it is often busy the staff are very pleasant and friendly AND professional. It does look like at times they are overworked and it takes more time than they would like to provide the level of service the customers would appreciate. This customer however is very happy with the effort the staff put in hence the 5 stars so to improve the situation better staffing might be the answer

Incredibly unhelpful.. I wonder if they have changed staff/pharmacist as normally you would get reasonable customer service. Been a customer here for many years but not anymore.

My GP sends my prescription here every three months. The medication is never ready to collect even when they have had the prescription for 4 to 7 days. Very frustrating!

I went there with prescription to collect as usual it wasn?t ready for the same day so went back next day and told me same story . Sorry we don?t have it. This is medicine so god sake show sense of urgency?. Everything is falling apart now a days ?. Very frustrating

This is meant to be a chemist providing medication for people and people with disabilities the prescription that was sent there was collected and has one of the main items missing been trying to call for 3 and a half hours not one call answered at all that is unacceptable on any level

Changed to this chemist 6 months ago . Much better than any I've dealt with before. Friendly staff and message when prescription is ready. Highly recommended.Don't know why but standard seems to have dropped lately ?May be new management.
