Booked an appointment for the mole scanning service. I got there 5 mins before my appointment and was told they were running 15 min late. I said ?okay?, had a look around while I waited, came back to the pharmacy (after 20 mins of trying to kill time) and was told it might be another 10 mins. So I went and sat down and about 5 mins later, someone came over to ask if I could come back in an hour or come in again another day ?. I booked an appointment for a reason, I?m not just free to wait around all day. I drove down there for nothing. Service is a joke.

I visited the Boots pharmacy in Speke Retail a few weeks ago looking for herbal medication and I was lucky to speak with some very helpful members of staff who pointed me in the right direction! I really appreciated the time that Luke took to advise and explain the different products available. He was knowledgable and went above and beyond in helping me find the best medicinal herbs and remedies he recommended to try. You have a wonderful staff member in Luke, he is very professional and approachable. Thank you so much for your advice Luke!

I had a makeover appointment yesterday, it was a fantastic experience - I'd absolutley recommend it to anyone!
The ladies were so lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. They worked together, getting together a great combination of products. I didn't get everyones name but Hardesh and Sharon (Lancome) were both wonderful.
I've also recieved excellent customer service from Rose on the Estee Lauder counter over the last few months.
How refreshing to recieve such excellent service! I'll be back for sure.

Well, let me tell you about my adventures at my local Boots! It's like entering a parallel universe where the staff are more interested in their phones than helping customers. I mean, I get it, social media is addy, but last time I checked, I didn't come to Boots for a live feed of someone's lunch. And when you finally manage to interrupt their scrolling session, they look at you like you've just ruined their high score. It's like, hello, I'm the one buying stuff here! Needless to say, I now have a new favorite pastime: dodging the Boots and making a beeline for Superdrug. At least there, the staff are too busy helping customers to even think about their phones. Cheers to Superdrug for keeping me smelling fresh!

Never opens on time! You can see the staff having a meeting at the back, maybe if you start it 10 mins earlier then you can open at your advertised opening time instead of keeping a large group of customers waiting. Then no apology when they do eventually open.

Does this shop EVER open on time in the morning? Late opening every day. Usually well after 9.05am. Really annoying when half a dozen waiting outside in the cold.
