Staff in the pharmacy work very hard on sorting prescriptions and are a lovely bunch, i have put 1 star as they are always short on staff and look over worked, the phone never gets answered either, shocking company to work.

INSTORE 30 MINS WHILST STUPID STAFF FAFF ABOUT. PAYED FOR A PRECRIPTION.OPENED IT INSTORE AND REALISED IV ALREADY HAVE SAME ITEM AT HOME AN GET REFUSED A REFUND ON AN UNUSED UNOPENED ITEM. DONT BOTHER PHONING EITHER FOB OFF LINE IS AS USELESS AS THE STAFF HERE

This Boots always looks a bit disheveled, like it has been hit by a hoard of locusts.
Empty shelves, restocking crates everywhere and despite there often being a 3 for 2 offer on many lines, you'd be lucky to find three of anything to claim the offer.
Pharmacy at the rear of the store.
Wheelchair accessible, with blue badge bays outside the store.

I visited this pharmacy this morning with my daughter for her to be checked by the pharmacist. The most unhelful md disinterested pharmacy lady. I am shocked this kind of person even deals with public who shows no care or concern. You should have signs up that state you dont help children under 5 if this is the case, however I do think the pharmacist was not Interested to help us. No where on NHS website says that this new service being offered has age restrictions. Pity about this service as its generally a good boots to go to and other staff are friendly and assist.

Directed to the pharmacy by NHS 111 service and a referral sent as my daughter has a sore throat and struggling to swallow water. The pharmacist on duty walked round the counter and used the torch on his mobile phone to look down my daughters throat for 3 seconds maximum and declared it was not tonsillitis so sent us on our way with soluble paracetamol. We were in and out within 5 minutes and didn't get a proper assessment. Due to the poor service I decided to go to the local walk in centre for a second opinion where it was confirmed she did have tonsillitis and one tonsillitis was leaking puss! Needless to say I won't be using the pharmacy counter at this Boots store again!
