Wouldn't think it was a Boots. The service is awful. Been in several times over 2 different days to collect a prescription, to be told 'It'll be ready in a couple of hours.' I explained tonthe cashier that i had taken my last pill yesterday and needed this prescription. He said it'd be a few minutes, only to be corrected by the woman behind him saying I'd have to wait another hour. There was nobody else waiting, I'm unsure why they can't fill out prescriptions when people come for them like every other pharmacy I've ever been to in my life

Literally never open on time.
Shelves are never fully stocked
They seem to struggle to always have a pharmacist available during alleged opening hours.
Prescriptions also take much longer to be ready than any other local chemist.

Absolutely the worst chemist ever, ten days from ordering prescription to completion and staff must go to 'sorry your one item short' school ! The first and last time I will ever put a prescription in there avoid at all costs, would deduct 5 stars if I could !!

The one star is for the lady pharmacist and the three other girls otherwise it would be zero. Two older woman one blonde and jet black hair no glasses lets the store down totally. Extremely rude cannot understand why these people are employed in a customer facing environment.

Been trying to ring this branch for the past 50 mins so I can ask if an item I was waiting on could be picked up as it wasn't in yesterday or the day before.. no answer ringing and ringing out then engaged .. this could be an OAP or someone who would struggle to get to then be told it still wasn't in . surely not too busy in 50 mins to answer the phone knowing people will be ringing for this reason . ridiculous

The quality of the service offered by this branch has plummeted over the past six months. This is not the fault of the pharmacists and customer-facing staff: they try their best, but there are simply too few of them present at any one time. Queues are frequently huge, medications are often not available. Something must have gone severely awry at the managerial level.

I have used this Boots for prescriptions for many years however due to my recent experience I will no longer use them. I went to collect an item on 23/2 and a member of Boots staff was very rude to me when I explained I needed the item that day she snapped ?I don?t really need to know that ? which upset me. I then went to another pharmacy as she said my item had been sent only to be told it wasn?t sent over. I then tried to ring the next day, 25 times ! none of my calls were answered. When I went in the next day I was told it never got sent over. I will say when I collected my last ever thing I will get there today 3/3 the NHS pharmacist was very nice,I think maybe some of the older staff in this store could take a leaf out of her book.

3rd and last time of going to this Store. Went 3 times at different times, tonight after 4pm. Waited and waited, there was 4 people in front of me, walked again as on other 2 occasions. Went into store to do some shopping and bummed into a bloke who'd been 2nd in the queue, he told me he'd walked out. The place is Horrendous. Customer service does'nt exist. Never again. Did'nt even want to give 1Star but you have no choice

Extremely rude staff who not only lacked the most basic of knowledge regarding the items I required but made an awkward situation even worse by arguing with me when I politely tried to explain the correct information regarding a medication I had been taking for many years, in order to obtain said medication from them. The entire fiasco also took place, embarrassingly, right in front of a growing queue of customers. The staff responsible have evidently had no training in confidentiality or treating customers with respect. Given where they work, I hate to imagine how often other people have to endure similar treatment.
