Wow a woman presented after a car crash, they didn't even offer her a seat! Got to admit this wasnt what i expected Absolutely disgusting, I went to wait outside with her for ambulance, spoke to the call handler on her behalf as woman in shock

I can't say enough good things about this Pharmacy. First they actually 'Answer' the telephone. I understand some branches are smaller than others. And this can be an issue, , Of course!.. But. From the brief conversation I had. The Pharmacist is pleasant. And seems lovely. The Staff are amazing!! One in particular that I just simply cannot Thank enough for what she done for me! Shona is a real Angel! ??I was totally stuck, worried, about an item I couldn't get anywhere!! Until I called here. Shona went above and beyond for me. At the busiest time of the year too. ( This review could be a mile long, with everything I would like to say ) So I short,..

Who in my opinion should be recognised for her Professional, exceptional Customer service. Real 'Patient/ Customer Care. And simply being just a really lovely person/ super human

Some staff are fantastic but others are ridiculously rude. I won't put up with rude customer service and will be taking my custom elsewhere in future. I kindly request that the staff with attitude problems get a prescription (on repeat) to alter their shocking inability to do the bare minimum.

Went on at 17:28 to pick up prescription. Pharmacy closes at 18:00. Person at till rolled eyes at me. Went and looked at something without actually asking my name. So I'm not sure what she was looking at and told me I'd have to come back tomorrow. Told that they'd have to order stock in. I don't believe them can see a full pharmacy and pharmacist behind till. I'm not asking for anything unusual so don't believe they don't have it. I don't believe she actually looked at anything. If you ever go in this pharmacy after 17:00 they treat you like you're asking them for something outrageous even though they're open for another hour. This has happened to me so many times. A lot of us work 9-5 and can't get there before. The customer service is extremely poor. And if what they're saying is true they don't stock any standard medicines. Really, really fed up of this place and the staff attitude. Boots please can you help your staff out with further customer service training and maybe more support so they're not so moody. Maybe make clear that perscriptions have to be "ordered in" and can't be fulfilled the same day or in the last hour of business. I don't want to waste my time walking there in the rain when I'm ill and go for a night without my medication. It would be great if they could just provide an adequate service. This service is totally unacceptable and not good enough for a pharmacy that is meant to serve the local community.

Hands down the least efficient and most poorly managed pharmacy in the area. Unsure if it's just getting worse due to low staffing or poor staffing. Absolutely chaotic.Shelves always half empty, with wait times absolutely ridiculous.Though given the staff can have an obnoxiously loud conversation about reality TV for 15 minutes - inappropriate at the best of times given their working environment, while I was waiting 30 minutes (with my very unwell child who was rapidly becoming more unwell by the minute) for a simple script for very common and usually quickly prepared antibiotics, as other customers were becoming equally frustrated, they clearly don't care much.Every other pharmacy can fill a similar script in less than 5 minutes. Worst case 15 mins at Tesco on a busy day.Some staff training on customer service, professionialism & prioritising demand, while remembering they're dealing with unwell people (& children) might be helpful.People shouldn't be leaving a Pharmacy feeling worse than when they went in.

My relative has a repeat prescription which is the same every single month. Up until around 5 months ago this was an automatic repeat which the chemist used to request from the doctors and I would be sent a message to let me know it was ready for collection. Since then, every month it?s never ready on time, there are always items missing, and my relative will go for a day or two without necessary medication. The staff have been rude and unhelpful regarding the matter, and have even tried to blame the doctors. I have now been manually sending the script a week before the new medication is due and it still isn?t ready on time. When you call up, you can?t get through or just get fobbed off. Disgusting service.

Staff are lovely however are overworked and this chemist rarely has your prescription on time, not sure if it is to do with the company as a whole or not but really needs improvement, think they have too many customers aswell, hence a lot of waiting times, but as I said, staff are lovely and helpful
