very rude staff, I asked to buy a bag because mine was broken and a blonde cashier woman told me in a rude manner that I can not buy the bag without buy something, if my bag is broken I have to buy something else from the shop for replace my bag? That?s insane

Huge store, great service and range of products. A member of staff helped me find something straight away and was happy to help and polite. Great prices and found some items unique to Boots aswell. A*.

Matthew the pharmacist and Duncan on the pharmacy counter were absolutely amazing. I never write reviews for large corporations but oh my gosh - boots, well done. Your staff were so lovely, informative and efficient. The experience I had was seamless, professional and kind. It was honestly more efficient than the GP and I really like my doctors survey. Such a shining example of the fantastic work pharmacies are doing in this country. Very well done.

I popped into Boots on Church Street for make up for my Daughter who is 19, i was really overwhelmed by the amount of different shades and coverage?s !!
A lovely young lady called Ellie came to my rescue, nothing was to much for her with a big smile and bubbly personality!!! seriously within minutes she had the shade i was looking for plus I decided id try the same make and Ellie took the time to find my colour match along with a pressed powder and a bronzer and other products to complete my face makeover !!!
This is what i call first class Customer Service going the extra mile to help a customer who clearly was struggling.
People are always quick enough to complain these days about the customer service they had but not enough people Compliment when they have had 10/10 Customer Service.
Well done Ellie i hope Boots recognise they have a very valuable member of staff at the Chuch Street store and treat you with the respect thst you treat their customers!!!

Poor customer service. They send delayed texts for when a prescription is ready with no sense of urgency and are annoyed when you call to ask if it?s ready. Most times the prescriptions are ready before even receiving the text but checking this comes with attitude.

My thigh wound dressing came off and I was in pain thought pharmacist might help, bought plaster from Boots and requested pharmacist if I could use their toilet or consultation room to change it and but they plainly declined,no sympathy or discussion , had to walk with pain to public toilets . If it was white person, bet they would have done more than that?disappointed.
