Every time I come to this chemist they only have one members of staff serving, the Que is out the door and you spend 30 minutes waiting to be told it?s not ready, then you come back and it?s still not ready even though the proscription has been with them 3 to 4 days. I spend so much of my time at this chemist waiting for proscriptions for my elderly mother.

Since finishing work I have decided to go back to boots halewood Big mistake as it?s local to me sadly after returning nothing but problems long waiting times even when I put the order in on the NHS app earlier iam still waiting longer than I sould I have worked with the public myself for many years so always give a little margin for error after all the NHS do a wonderful job but when u have a illness that requires meds on time then u just cannot sit back on it . Was told to come back today in 20 mins which I did then got told not ready yet sorry in the people were out the door at this stage I got up and walked out everyone in the area is saying the same thing come back later . Last month I ask why the responce I was given we have a back log and short of staff ok I said fair enough that was last month still same staff still the same problems . So is it boots penny pinching not having enough staff to cope ? So come home and going to order from
Boots in prescot its 20min drive to there from
Halewood but I always got my meds on time there I feel really guilty in writing this on here but that?s what reviews are for to let the company know they need to pull there socks up and crack on and these reviews will be better in the future hopefully ? The staff are trying there best but it needs to improve asap not happy at this time but needed to be said come on boots Halewood get your name back in the good books .

Always a queue,loads of staff that donr seem to be doing anything except chat to each other. Really poor stock levels of even the basics. Prescriptions take forever. Go to Asda, so much better

Told me that my prescription was late arriving from my doctor, doctors is next door to Boots, so I went and asked the receptionist who told me that my prescription was delivered to Boots within 5 minutes of me ordering it. 48 hours turned into 72 hours before I got my prescription, absolute joke of a pharmacy.

They ask me to get my prescription sent to them and still after 48 hours of being in receipt of it, the 1 item prescription is still not ready. You now also have to ring the pharmacy for them to begin processing it

Absolute useless..EVERY time I go to pick up a prescription,there's ALWAYS an issue an it's NEVER ready..Even after them having it A WHOLE WEEK...

Pleasant staff but confusing as all boots websites state pharmacist will give antibiotics for UTI if neeed . However when I attended today 06/10/23I was told boots no longer do this and they couldn t give me antibiotics. Could boots please update their sites on internet as people are travelling uneccessarily and wasting time.

Rubbish, prescription supposed to be ready Tuesday, part ready given some and receipt for other medication. Didn't get what I was supposed to get on Tuesday evan through ready text to confirm, went in Thursday , had to still wait 30 mins ridiculouspoor to say the very least expecting to pick up

Great staff giving a great service eland excellent staff, alway doing their best to help with any questions. I would say ring a head to check that your items are ready, this would a five star review apart from the fact they are over stretched with all the new home and customers with no infrastructure or support for Boots put in place. ??
