Rude staff who blatantly ignore you waiting to be served, especially the older blonde woman, ask her for advice she's rude and extremely unhelpful, definitely needs to get skills in customer service and care ,tbh sheshouldn't be working with public

Staff are extremely helpful when giving advice on which product to purchase.
The store is a little small but did have a varied range of products you would expect for a chemist.
Depending on the time of day, parking could be a problem, but there are spaces outside, and there is a small car park within walking distance.

This place used to be OK, then a lot of the staff changed. Since then, you get, quite frankly, snotty younger staff with no customer skills. They have a blasé attitude to their own mistakes and a couldn't care less attitude about fixing them. Pretty horrible place these days; get your stuff elsewhere, get it cheaper and stop lining the pockets of the tax-dodging Boots PLC.

Today at boots Broadway I was in the queue the man in front of me was insulting the pharmacy Harrison I intervened in a calm voice explaining it is not the staff fault how prescriptions are sent over the man became insulting to myself and Harrison who kept very calm and polite and asked the man not to be rude to customers
I have gone into boots all my life every member of staff including security have always been helpful and freindly Harrison is a credit to the store

I just wanted to thank an absolutely star staff member. We came by today to ask for prescription. My husband?s GP completely messed up and send prescription to Liverpool STREET in London instead of Liverpool? this tem member answered all questions and pointed the right direction to finally get the medicine which is vital. Thank you again! I don?t know your name, but we do need more of people like you!

I?ve given 2 stars because they have changed the way you have to queue. They make you wait in line behind everyone that?s getting prescriptions when you just want to buy lipstick etc. the girl that used to work on the till for general shopping is lovely. I asked one of the other staff why they don?t have the 2 queues anymore and she said it was a management decision. Management need to put their heads together and realise they are losing custom due to this decision as the people in the queue near me said they won?t be shopping there anymore.

Gone absolutely awful in there since the main pharmacy woman moved store. Always have you waiting for prescriptions or general serving. Never have all your prescription items in store anymore, tell you to come back the next day or in an hour or 20mins whatever and still it's Never ready.

It's rare that I receive a full list of medicines as prescribed on my prescription. I have to go back to get the rest days later. The staff just shrug their shoulders and say they're waiting for deliveries. As I have extreme difficulty walking, this is a disgrace. The service is not fit for purpose.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered 30th march 6 days later no email to say it had been delivered Phoned 4th April said it was delivered to store but no email to say this. So gets off work early to collect it and at 17.25 got to store but store closed and would not open door. If you close at 17.30 then close at 17.30 not 17.25
