Been in this pharmacy for years gone worse now had to wait for 9 day's for medication to be made up left with out insulin for 2 days as not received phoned Boots complaint line no help you all need to change pharmacy contract today on phone call they sent me a message saying they are looking in to complaints department will be contacted me again when spoke to shop manager not expecting any further help but letting other people know what has happened to me hope they sort shop out sooner than later

I went into boots pharmacy over blood pressure problem ,I was seen by a young lady who was so professional, told be to straight to my doctors, which I did within a couple of hours i was seen my the same lady who sorted my new prescription, thank you very much jimmy.

Truly dreadful service.
A prescription sent over during an appointment will not even be looked at until you call in for it - even if that is five days later. Then they'll argue that they do advise 48hours to complete.
Can take ten days to fill a repeat prescription - then will actually argue with you when you complain.
Lost halve the prescription that I was told was ready, then didn't know what you'd already had the following week. Then waited in the shop for another half hour while they put it together again.
Really. Go somewhere else for your prescriptions.

Ignore the phone ringing, cost a fortune and the pharmacist misunderstood the prescription (as confirmed by two other pharmacies) and only gave half the prescription

Utterly terrible in every way been in 5 times this week for my dad's prescription and each day I'm told the same thing tomorrow!!! Utterly useless won't answer the phone terrible should be ashamed

Awful service, wait days and days for prescriptions. No one ever answers the phone either. Always a queue, clearly cannot manage.

Have to wait days for a prescription to be filled. Absolutely useless even when you do get it it's often short or items missing... Staff completely gormless and think this is perfectly fine
