Today's visit was disgraceful was able to find what was look for but when came to check out woman at the till looked at us like we were interrupting her conversation with another staff member not a hello or nothing just carried on her very personal conversation the other staff member did not move to allow us to pack items.The staff member on who was working the till became abusive which led to a verbal altercation. Needs sacking as customer service is not for either of them if they want to talk about personal stuff do it when you not serving your customer. This store gone right down hill.

My partner and I were reversing into a disabled parking space when a car carrying a staff member came behind us and the driver began honking and hurling verbal abuse, they then got out the car in an aggressive manner. Then the staff member continued to shout foul language at us before they entered the building to start their shift, making rude remarks about us to other staff as they entered. We tried to calmly inform them that we were just trying to reverse into the space and showed them our disabled parking badge that was displayed throughout. But the angry tirade continued. Do not feel safe shopping at this store now, as their staff obviously have an awful attitude. Have emailed the complaints department but expect no resolution as the company obviously has low standards. Nothing you can get here that you can't get from a big Home Bargains without the violent ableist abuse. Avoid.

Good experience in the shop today - staff were friendly and efficient, too. one really frustrating thing though is the layout of the aisles and the ends of the aisles - with having more items sticking out everywhere, it makes it impossible for 2 people to go in opposite directions down and aisle at the same time without having to constantly move in out of the way.

Just about everything you need. Grocery items here milk coffee tea at good prices. Plenty of household items here plus gardencentre at back. Sell electrical items tools ,paint car accesssories. Easy parking free. Close to other supermarket plus fast food venue,s all in free parking.
