Really disappointed.with this shop this year. Waited until today for good deals and low prices on toys and christmas stuff, but 4h to the closing time and still no offers. Asked why and was told the shop has earned enough on the christmas stuff. There was rhe sale 3 for 20 that ended up Saturday.... Seen first hand that the client needs aren't important. Refused toys at the end of the christmas shopping time would go long way in this climate.

Can you imagine my dismay after walking 45 minutes to find it was closed. It said it was open until 7pm. Closed t 6:30.

Very rude and uncooperative staff I bought an Item reduced from £5.49 too £4.49 I was charged with the higher price when I realised I immediately returned in-store and pointed this out ! I was told to go to the counter and request a £1 refund the woman on the counter told me to go the aisle and bring her the price reduction tag I pointed out to her, it really wasn't my place to do her job she said "I can't to arsed with this" and returned my money I would think she could to with some customer relation training her name tag was "Liz" Sat 3rd August you probably won't be surprised of me not using your store in the future. She saw me look at her name tag and shook it at me embarrassing me and herself .

I love B&M. Each time I visit the store its just the kiosk open to serve customers causing queues every time .If someone is buying or checking their lottery .which a lot off the elderly still do , it takes ages causing a queue.therefore the staff members alway have to ask for help ,not before the queues are very long ,just open another till as well and keep it open. Stop making your staff miserable and paying customers unhappy .
