A lot of variety of product, something that is very appreciated. I had a problem with a defective product and there was no problem with the return. (as long as you have a ticket, obviously)

Really poor returns policy, no exchange on items older than 30 days even if you have proof of purchase, tried exchanging pillows and throws but due to moving house couldnt attend the store in time, I spent £169.00 in store and they wont exchange, I also emailed head office who declined an exchange, awful customer service!!
