On line saying that this paint that I wanted saying in stock but there was none on shelf asked a member of staff she said if it's not on shelf got none she wasn't helpful at all I was buying other things but I put back ,Also you can never find staff on the floor when you need them won't be shipping there again.

BM are a mess, I?m severely disabled and my cares go shopping for me but I can?t eat anything but Wisps but by accident they bought me the 10 packs of Buttons , when they came back with them I asked them to take them back with the receipt ? but when they did they got told that they don?t change any sweet products so £27.50 down the drain they have told me to phone head office on Monday it?s a mess
