I worked at Bluebird Care for two years. I absolutely loved working out in the community with all of the lovely customers. I learnt and gained so much during my time here. Any problems or worries, management were always there to help and reassure, they always accommodated any needs I had and made me feel safe. There is always room for progression at Bluebird, management put a lot of faith and trust into the carers and always ensure their staff feel supported.

I have worked for Bluebird Care for over 3 years now and absolutely love my job. All care staff are very compassionate and give the customers the highest quality of care. I have found the management team to be very supportive and there are lots of opportunities for personal development. Other care staff are friendly and welcoming so I felt right at home straight away. I would highly recommend Bluebird care as both a service provider and employer.

Excellent company to work for.The care provided is always of the highest standard. Both management & carers are very friendly, supportive & compassionate towards our customers & will go above & beyond to ensure their needs are met. I?ve worked at Bluebird Care Liverpool for nearly six years now and before that I had twenty-six years? experience in care. I realised in my first month what a great business this is. Management showed faith in me from the start. Customers were receiving high levels of care and staff really cared. To this day everyone involved works so hard to make sure that we deliver excellent care. We?ve received 5 GOODS from CQC on each of our inspections. Our care assistants are hardworking, reliable and go above and beyond to support our customers and each other. They have worked incredibly hard and have powered on through the most difficult days of this COVID 19 pandemic. I?m really proud to be a part of this team.

What can I say, a wonderful company with first class service, we had the privelidge of meeting most of the carers when my father in law was diagnosed with cancer & was on end of life support, the carers we met showed courtesy, dignity & professionalism second to none, I could not recommend this company highly enough, if your looking for a carers service then please don?t hesitate to look at this company, they really are Angels,

I have worked for Bluebird Care for nearly 4 years. It was important for me to work for a company who really cared and looked after their customers, just like they would look after their loved ones. The carers do just that. Our carers are amazing, customers are lovely, I am proud to work for Bluebird Care Liverpool.

I personally would recommend this company to anyone who's loved one, needs care. The staff deliver high quality care to all their customers and are supported by the management team. They have a great team off carers, who support eachother and are great team members.
