Just been into the shop in Liverpool to take my Brietling watch for a new battery. The lady was so nice and very professional. She explained everything to me and sorted it all out. I had a terrible experience in Goldsmiths in Liverpool so will be taking all my business to Beaverbrooks in future. Excellent customer service.

Lovely staff. I felt really good there. Everybody was very helpful and what's very important to me I didn't feel pushed to buy anything. Amazing service especially provided by Aaron. I wish customer service would be the same in all shops as many sellers could learn from staff in Liverpool.

Staff here are lovely and cant help you enough. Offer you drinks whilst you wait. Staff hold conversations and make you feel appreciated. Wouldn't get jewelry from anywhere else

I bought a watch from the shop recently and had great service from Aaron - a super-nice guy and really helpful. He adjusted the bracelet and got the perfect fit first time round as well. I'd be happy to return anyway and make another purchase from this store!
