“We have just got back from our first visit to Opal Rooms Beauty Spa and it definitely won’t be our only visit!! The whole place, from reception to treatment rooms, is spotlessly clean and comfortable, the team are so friendly and welcoming and the treatments are incredible. I had the most amazing neck, back and shoulder massage, facial and pedicure from Amanda. The massage was the best I have ever had, the facial was beautiful and the pedicure was relaxing. My teenage daughter had her first facial and pedicure from Louise and enjoyed every minute; she’s already asking when our next visit will be! We also enjoyed our afternoon tea too which was lovely and fresh and Norma looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend the Opal Rooms Beauty Spa and look forward to returning soon. Thank you everyone!”

The waxing was done by Tina, as ever so professional and dignified.On Saturday I had a spray tan, the best spray tan I've ever had, usually I end up with lots of dark areas. I'm delighted with the results. Claire was excellent, told me what to do, where I needed to stand etc. Claire was extremely professional, put me at ease and gave clear instructions about after care. I completed a consultation and had a Skin review, by this Pattsy knew what was best for my skin.The facial began and honestly, I couldn’t write a better review if I wanted too. I haven’t felt as relaxed with being heavily pregnant than I felt throughout my treatment and even now, I feel really pampered and cared for. I got my hair done yesterday full colour change and a trim and my hair feels so much lighter, healthier and happier and I received so many compliments over how good it looked! The atmosphere as well is unlike any salon I’ve been to. There’s no gossiping, no judgement, it’s just a beautiful comfortable experience, very attentive also and quiet which is great for those who have a lot of anxiety around salons for xyz reason. Very calm and collected environment and the team are the most beautiful souls you could ever meet!”
