On my FIRST SHIFT after shadowing 3 shifts I was put in a very uncomfortable and possibly dangerous situation by one of the service users. When I informed the girl on call (Ellie) she didn't care in the slightest and told me to hurry up and get my last call done. Baring in mind they knew about my existing anxiety because i told them on the forms that I took medication for it. I genuinelly would have loved the job if that girl wasn't on the phone that day and it was someone that actually cared about the safety of the staff. All of the other girls in the office were absolutely lovely but that one ruined it for me and made me feel like i wouldn't be safe whenever she was on call.

I have worked at be caring for a year so far and I love my job knowing I?m making people happy. The office staff are so lovely and friendly always support me through everything I need and they care about there staff. The company do reward days as well to make you feel noticed in your role to know what you are doing is being recognised and it just makes you feel better knowing you are making a difference to people?s lives. I Would recommend working for be caring.

I have worked for Be Caring for coming up to 7 years and I can honestly say I have loved being here. I have had so much support over the years from all colleagues past and present. It brings me so much joy knowing that we make a difference out there in the community.

I have worked for becaring for 3 years now it is the most rewarding job you could ever have. I started of as a carer and really enjoyed my job, it is very flexible job and works around your needs, i have now moved to a care coordinator and really enjoy my role.

Worked for be caring for a year now, they are a great company to work For. Supported me through everything I needed, they are so caring and helpful, everything I need they always try there best to help me. I done my shadowing with Jordanna in the office and she helped me become the carer I am and I appreciate her so much. I have recently joined the office staff which I?m so happy about moving up with my career and be caring have supported me all the way threw. Everyone in the office is so helpful and supportive and always try and help everyone in the best way they can. I can?t thank them all enough for everything they have done for me and helped me along the way.

I am a new starter at becaring and I have been made to feel very comfortable the staff are very welcoming and I have met a few of the carers who are lovely. I am really enjoying my current role and couldn't be happier

For the past 18 months Be Caring have supported to look after my father who had dementia and cancer, My father has sadly passed away this week and I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all who cared for him, A massive thank you to Mark Barrow who my dad absolutely loved and asked could he care for him everyday?.Mark went above and beyond when Dad was on end of life care and we decided to stay with Be Caring instead of Stars as the friendship my Dad had with Mark, Dad became bed bound and two days before dad passed he shook Marks hand and said thank you for everything you have done? My Dad knew he was going to pass and he got his wish to die at home in my arms?. I have been reading some poor reviews? Let me tell you I rate them all 5 and I rate Mark 100/5 because he has been the best of the best? A special mention to Jackie and all the office Team too, Adam, Lisa, Steve, Faz, and all who cared sorry if I have missed anyone I am sorry really on behalf of myself and my family thank you for caring for my father Vinny and we are going to miss Mark xxx

Poor service. Carers don?t turn up or turn up late. Different carers who don?t know what they are doing. Left my grandfather in dirty clothes, didn?t clean up after themselves and blocked the toilet! Tried to charge for appointments they didn?t even turn up to. Absolute disgrace and nobody gets back to you. Complaints made and ignored.
