WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! One of the cashiers was utterly disrespectful and unprofessional. The customer service was appalling. I went to pay at the cashier and one of my cards wasn?t working so I went to get my other card out of my purse and the woman at the cashier was making snarky comments and I feel like she only did this because of my skin color so I felt personally attacked. When I questioned that, she was extremely rude. All I was trying to do was pay and it?s not like I wasn?t going to pay. After all it?ll be their loss not mine!!!

Donna the manager or whatever her name is , so rude .Once i was that honest with them at the cashier when the lady done herself( it was £100 ) and gave them money back the next day they still wouldn?t trust me with i owe u even as little as a £10 !! And once wouldn?t let me shop for my friend when he was away even though i am a regular customer as well as my friend.

IF YOU THIINK THIS BRANCH IS SLOW WHEN YOUR A CUSTOMER TRY DELIVERING INTO THERE , I HAD 6 PALLETS OF ALCOHOL TO DELIVER THERE THEY KEPT ME WAITING ABOUT 4 HOURS AND EVENTAULLY I WAS ORDERED TO PULL OUT AND TAKE THE LOAD BACK , ABSOLUTE JOKE CONSIDERING ANYWHERE ELSE IT TAKES NO MORE THAN ONE HOUR TO GET A 26 PALLET LOAD UNLOADED AND I ONLY HAD 6 , THEIR STAFF IN THE OFFICE WERE NEITHER USE NOR ORNAMENT TOO WHEN I WENT IN TO ENQUIRE AS TO WHY IT WAS TAKING SO LONG , JOKERS

Every time we go there u need at least 2 hours staff have no respect for customers they take ages on tils they talk to each other too much as even long que off customers wating they don't care

Staffs are working there who don?t want to work... and their face will change when they see big trolley...they have to be sent to get training from bookers, Costco...

If you are thinking of going to this branch make sure you have plenty of time, they will stop you from buying anything 30 minutes before the closing time, the staff is very slow takes about 10 minutes to do 1 trolley, in my opinion they need to be sent to busy branches for re-training

Arrived 1234 on a Sunday; staff member states store closed across car park! I approach door and guy suggests I ask same staff member in car park if open! I turn to her she asks another female is cash office open which isn't as till have all been cashed up ! I'm turned away 1236. The website states 1pm so I again ask staff member she smirks and says it also states on website no entry half hour before closure of store. Of course I can't find any of this information on website. JOBS WORTH STAFF! I'll take my business elsewhere if i don't get a response to this poor customer service .

Really not happy. 3 wasted journey's. Have previously rang to check stock and got there for staff to say 'It might be in the building but we can't find it'.

Used to work there in the 80s changed a lot since though. Great staff then as well.
