Don't use this company, customer services very very bad.If you have to return a product think of it as you lost your money. Response will take long time and in the end they will say you damage the product therefore refund will not be offered.I will not even give one start for this company, and don't believe any reply from the company if they care to send one.

I purchased a shower enclosure from the Bathroom House in Hermes Road Gillmoss and I'm over the moon with it.I'd originally purchased an enclosure from plumbworld, but when it arrived it was the wrong shower enclosure and my plumber had already removed my existing enclosure, and plumbworld weren't particularly bothered either.The Bathroom House pulled out all the stops and my enclosure was delivered to Hermes road where my plumber picked it up.The Bathroom House's enclosure was so much better quality too.

Superb customer experience. Staff really took their time to help us plan our bathroom and show us different alternatives. We had an upgraded replacement when one of the items ordered became unavailable. An issue with an item damaged during delivery was dealt with instantly and a replacement provided. The personal service and follow up to check that everything was ok was really appreciated. Honestly couldn't recommend this company high enough and would not think twice about using their services again. We also had great help regarding flooring, with staff laying out several colours/designs for us, nothing was too much trouble.Overall, we have now got an amazing bathroom for a fraction of the cost elsewhere.

Yet to be fitted, but looks and finish are excellent, quick delivery. Legs were just what I was looking for to mount thermostatic bath/shower taps.

Items listed online as in stock, so you place your order only to be told two days later that they are out of stock. Not once, but 4 times now! Won?t be using them again.The items they did have were of good quality and the customer service team were apologetic.

My builder fitted the 1200 x 1950 Hudson Reed shower screen yesterday. He couldn?t believe the super quality and the brilliant price. Not finished siliconing yet but he was raving about it?..plus the delivery driver brought it in to the house no effort!

I have been waiting 6 weeks for a refund - I have emailed 5 times now without a response. It shouldn?t be this difficult to process a refund or get back to a customer.

It?s evident they have a clear issue with their goods being damaged on delivery, I have just moved into my first home money being at a all time minimum and I share the same concern as Helen and Lauren in previous reviews. They instructed that they can?t offer a refund despite the goods arriving damaged and defected. Waited 15 days to be told this and then they told me they can?t offer me a refund. From someone who?s doesn?t go out of their way to make reviews please take this on board as there are better and cheaper places out there (bathroom mountain)

Absolutely shocking customer service. Items arrived damaged due to bad packaging. 3 weeks later still no replacement, ordered a replacement elsewhere, arranged a return of damaged items and had to wait 6 weeks for refund, thats after 3 phone calls! Avoid!

Would give zero stars if I could. Been waiting since the 15th of November 2023 for a refund and still haven?t received it! Taps came with marks on. Emailed about them and didn?t receive a response until over two weeks later. Considering the money I paid I wasn?t very happy with this. I then received a response saying they are happy to give me refund which I agreed by replying to their email and over two months later I haven?t had a reply of them or my money back. Wouldn?t recommend to anyone.
