Poor customer service from staff members. Bad atmosphere from walking into the shop. Nosey staff when I provided a discount card was questioned why and did I work for the charity several times when in fact I have the card through my children and I being service users. (Rude!!)

Went in store with my wife, small red headed woman could not have been any more rude to a pair of older Muslim women. We had to leave the shop, she made us THAT uncomfortable; I actually am disappointed in myself for not saying anything. Would never go in there again.
