I went into Barclays for some advice on my finances and was helped by the wonderful Kristi, who was brilliant. She took a look at my accounta and clearly explained savings accounts, ISAs, and loans. I've been to the branch today to open a bank account. They welcomed me at the door immediately, then I've been told to take a seat upstairs. I didn't have to wait more than 5mins, which is great!
