Holly, I belive the manager of tge place. Most un-professional customer service exprience we had inour life! Unpolite as some customer has an allergy as gluten fre. Rude, treated bad you could feel hostility behavior. We visited this place at the begging of the year and second time now at the end and second visit was so bad that we belive we will not come back to the place no more. Risen voice and anger as she needed to give some extra step for gluten free customer. Unbelievable and shocking. We felt bad for asking gluten free option as we were some kind of freaks.

I came in today on my break from work and was served by Mya and Charlotte, they made sure to accommodate my dietary requirements as i am vegetarian and took me through all the options, would definitely visit again

Never eaten here before but always wanted to, honestly blown away by the choices and staff attitude was amazing, especially for someone with dietary restrictions Mya helped me out along with her manager as well as wiping down the whole counter surface as and changing gloves. Amazing customer service.

The food was fine. What a circus ordering with an allergen though. I ordered the burrito bowl because it's marked as gluten free. Why, have I then has to scan a QR code to read every single ingredient as my food is made, holding up the queue which was absolutely embarrassing. Also watching the kitchen being cleaned down at my expense was comical as the staff brushed all the dust from the wraps into the containers my food will be coming out of. It would be less cross contamination to skip that step but thank god someone cleaned that kitchen because it was a bit revolting watching them having to scrub baked on stains off the surfaces. Stay clear my gluten free friends. This is absolutely not a glutard friendly place.

Food was good. Most of the staff were polite but our waitress, Alice, was quite rude and unapproachable which left a sour taste in my mouth. Because of this negative experience I won?t be returning.
