BE property services were a dream to work with on the sale of our house. From the very professional first visit, we felt comfortable with them. Due to Ill health Covid concerns, viewings were accompanied with us out of the house, and again that all went smoothly, in fact , we went away on holiday and returned to a sold house at full asking price.The chain took a while to wrangle into place but we were constantly updated and helped along the way. BE Property seem to run on a very personal and professional manner and were a pleasure to deal with.

Naomi was an absolute dream to work with. Super organised, maintained communication throughout the process and really friendly. I was initially unsure as BE Property provided the cheapest quote compared to other local estate agents, but this wasn't reflected in the quality of work or time taken for the sale of our property. We bought our first property during a global pandemic and although this made things tough at times, BE Property were always available, friendly and extremely helpful during every stage of the process. We sold and bought with BE. We had a few issues with the chain and the staff were always great responding to emails and chasing up other people and solicitors to find out updates for us. Would highly recommend them to anyone else

Landlords beware. I rang to enquire about a house to let and was told by the agent they had already showed it that morning so could not come again that afternoon. When I asked to see it any other day after work, the agent told me the latest they could do is 4.45pm as the house (in L13) "is so far away from our office". All other agents I contacted were happy to meet at 5.15pm or 5.30pm to accommodate a working couple. Two weeks later, the house has been reduced by £70 per month thanks to their lazy tactics and we have found another place. If I was letting my house, I would definitely mystery shop the agents to check they are doing their job.
