Went to buy paint. I suffer with breathing issues and find it hard walking around looking for items.
A staff member called Olivia helped me with everything I needed and gave some very good advice about the paints.
She took the time to take my items out to my waiting taxi and load them all in the boot.
Olivia is very good at what she does and I hope she gets a nice shout out at the next morning meeting

Had to place an abnormal order, 100s of items, some for click and collect, 2 separate for delivery it was a logistical nightmare, but jack and Leah worked as a team and smashed it all sorted in an hour, hassle free, payed for and plans in place, so big thanks to jack and Leah, life savers!

Too big to care. Losing hope of getting a refund for an architrave which was delivered in bad condition. The DPD delivery guy said B&Q is frequently issue due to them not packing items well, or at all in my case.

Terrible service. Spent over £1500 on garden furniture, only 1/2 arrived. Contacted customer services over 5 times which was a nightmare to get through to and very unhelpful. They told me the other box would be with me on 3 separate occasions and it didn't arrive, after taking time off to wait in. I ordered the furniture 4 weeks ago went into the store to find out what was going on was told this set had been discontinued and was out of stock.
I asked for a refund, which was reluctantly agreed to. Waited over a week for the refund and the collection delivery to come and pick up what had been delivered. Waited in again for 3 hours for the collection, he has just been and said he was only collecting the parasol and nothing else and i would only receive the refund for the parasol. He told me to call customer service which i have just done and the phone rang out.
Absolute disgrace, terrible, unprofessional service would never order anything from B&Q again and still dont have my refund or my furniture!!
will be taking this up with trading standards now and issuing a formal complaint.
