Pretty disappointing experience. The lady who served my was blatantly (and unnecessarily) rude to the customer before me, and pretty short with me. It seemed as though she really couldn't be bothered to do her job, and I found myself leading the transaction/conversation.I'd say that around 20% of the shelves were actually stocked, and the rest of the shop looked quite tatty.Won't be coming here again - the post office down the road is a lot better.

After having checked the opening times on the internet (Saturday 9am-4pm), I went the to post office on Smithdown Road to post a parcel. I arrived there at 3:45pm and two staff were at the post office, but they refused to serve me. The female staff member said that they stopped working at 3:30pm so that they could be out of the post office by 4pm. (The sign on the door says it is open until 4:30pm) While I was there, another 5 people tried to get served - without any success. Could you please clarify why the post office is officially open until 4pm (internet) or 4:30pm (sign on the door), but staff refuses to serve people after 3:30pm.

Firstly, I don't know how this is classed as a post office. Its the worst customer service, I've ever seen. The staffs displayed remarkable ineptitude. the insolence behaviour shown by the staffs is shambolic. The official complaints have been sent to the headquarters.

Every time I have been here the staff have been rude and unhelpful, and it?s not just one particular member of staff, it?s a few of them. Noticed some staff members were patronising to other customers. Once I went and there was no hello, thank-you or goodbye, they were just chatting to their friends the whole time I was being served. Generally they all have a can?t-do attitude and it?s overall an unenjoyable experience :(

Once went there and the female staff couldn't even do simple maths, and sometimes they can be rude
