Poor customer service in the restaurant we had purchased food. I went back to pur have crisps for my granddaughter and basically got shot down she was too busy and was on her own. I said I only want. To pay for some crisps she said I am on my own and too busy. I ended up getting crisps from the main shop. Because my toddler was upset when I told her I wasn't buying them from the cafe

Waited 30 mins for my stuff other cars were getting there?s before me, asked the staff member how longs mine going to be said it?s there communication would be good just come to the window and say there you go.

Self checkout staff so rude. One in particular has no interpersonal skills
Whatsoever and would be suited in another job.
Say working in a morgue.
Asked for help. The look on her face was priceless.
You'd thought I'd Asked for one of her lungs.
And made me feel uncomfortable and a bit embarrassed.
Not helpful at all .
Service with a smile was not on Roll Back .
Spoilt my shopping experience.
Definitely self service staff need training in interpersonal skills and being polite.
Ohh and all stood together gossiping

Came to by a shirt and could not get in the changing rooms as there closed in the afternoon WTH is that about what shop sells clothes and won?t let you try them on and don?t get me started on finding a member of staff as they run ???? the other way when your trying to get help ( even 1 star is to much ) bloody joke ?

Horrendous Customer Service at Asda Huyton
I?m honestly shocked by how bad this store has become. Went in expecting a normal shop, but instead got attitude from nearly every member of staff I encountered. Zero professionalism, zero politeness, and absolutely no willingness to help.
The environment is tense, unwelcoming, and frankly stressful. Staff seem irritated just by being there, and the way they speak to customers is nothing short of disrespectful. You ask a simple question and get treated like you?re causing trouble. It?s completely unacceptable.
I?ve shopped at many Asda stores over the years and never experienced anything like this. Whoever is in charge here needs to seriously look at how this place is being run, because right now it?s an embarrassment.
Won?t be returning ? and I strongly recommend others stay away too.

Extremely Disappointed and Outraged by Experience at Asda Huyton
I am absolutely appalled by the disgraceful treatment I received at the Asda Huyton store. The level of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and outright disrespect from both staff and security was shocking.
In particular, a female security officer with black hair behaved in a manner that was not only aggressive and inappropriate but also came across as racially motivated. Her conduct was completely unacceptable and should be investigated immediately. People like her have no place working with the public.
To make matters worse, the general staff were equally untrained, dismissive, and rude. No one seemed to know what they were doing, nor did they show any willingness to help. The customer service in this store is utterly disgraceful and reflects terribly on the Asda brand.
I strongly urge Asda to take serious action regarding this location. As a paying customer, I deserve basic respect and fair treatment?none of which I received. I will not be returning, and I will be sharing this experience widely to warn others.

I find the general staff attitude of the staff in here to be awful. I take my 90 year old grandmother shopping here and it's proving to be a very miserable experience for all involved. Today there were three women working at the checkout and every single one of them was docile, dozy and passive aggressive. A blonde older lady at the very end checkout kept yawning and complaining of how tired she was, in a self absorbed tone of voice, while passing the groceries across the scanner at a speed that would have made a tortoise blush. (I had went to checkout as a last resort, because the other two women were embarrassingly inefficient and dozy, it would have taken an hour to get our shopping packed and paid for)
Having being raised in Huyton originally and moved away visiting my nan once a week to do her shopping, I'm really growing to resent the place every time I come back up here. There are just so many miserable and self absorbed people there who lack self awareness and even a basic sense of etiquette. I wonder what is going wrong

Does anyone in management read these reviews or even care. Huge issue with incorrect pricing is no joke. The staff are miserable and rude. Not so much the younger ones but the older ones are obnoxious. Please look at the comments, all saying the same. Sort this abysmal store out!!!!

Advice to everyone NEVER do a click and collect at this store at Christmas! Absolutely disgusting.
As a nhs worker Christmas is a busy time time and I was working the 23rd and 24 th December so I ordered a click and collect and my partner collected it.
My food order came to approximately £180 and I was hosting Christmas dinner at mine.
When I looked in the fridge on return from a 12 hour shift. None of the items I had ordered was there.
I drove to Asda and was in floods of tears because there was no food left on the shelves.
Staff tried o help by getting me some Christmas food items from the warehouse but when I got home there was a lot of prawn/nut/ sesame items in and both of my step children and partner have anaphylactic reactions to this so I had to throw them away. Stuffing balls was replaced with dumpings, I had no vegetables Absolutely ruined the build up to Christmas.
Avoid at all costs!!!
